What You Need To Know About Our Hex Bar
This Olympic Hex Bar, also know to many as a "Trap Bar", is the ideal bar for beginners in the Power Lifting world!
Perfect for performing heavy shrugs and dead-lifts.

Midas Open Trap Bar
This is my 2nd purchase of this Trap Bar. Reason I have 2 is because of Syracuse weather. One in the basement other in garage. I find the compact size a plus in my garage gym that I sold an older bigger bar. The size of this bar is perfect for apartment set up. Easy to move around. Gold sleeves look sharp. Knurling is one of the better ones compared to a competitor’s similar bar. If I was to improve the bar I would say knurling marks
